Need your order sooner?

If you need your Syl’a’Vie piece sooner than our usual production time, or have a specific date or special occasion in mind, our Priority Service may be available.

How priority service works

Three clear steps.

    Send us the details

    Tell us the piece, size, delivery country and the date you need it. You can request priority service before or after placing your order.

  2. 2

    We check availability

    We'll check the garment, our current production schedule and your delivery destination to see whether priority production is possible.

    We'll only offer priority service if we reasonably believe we can make and dispatch your order in time for your requested date.

  3. 3

    We confirm the options

    If priority service is available, we'll confirm the production timeframe and additional fee with you before you proceed.

    Your priority production slot is only secured once payment is received, so we recommend paying on the day your slot is confirmed.
