Production Times Every piece is handmade to order.
All of our pieces are handmade to order and can take up to 10 working days before shipping, excluding weekends and holidays.
Tracking Your Order Still waiting for your dispatch email?
If it has been more than 10 working days since you placed your order, please check your shipping confirmation email, including your junk or spam folder, for your tracking details.
Need It Sooner? Priority Production may be available.
Please check our production and estimated shipping timeframes for your location before getting in touch.
If you need your order by a particular date, we may be able to offer Priority Production for an additional fee, subject to availability.
